Waiheke Home Builders was founded by Rodney and Hayley Pope in 2013. We're locals who have spent over 15 years building and renovating homes on this island — and we treat every client the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.

We’re Hayley and Rodney Pope, and we established Waiheke Home Builders in 2013.

With three children – Micaela, Teagan and Logan – we built our family home together in 2016 and realized just how stressful building and juggling a busy family can be!

This helped us identify our true passion – building quality, functional homes for busy families, and making the whole process far less stressful than it needs to be.

NZCB is the only builder’s association in New Zealand with strict entry criteria where the minimum entry requirements for all members is a recognised industry trade qualification.
